『東京美食』日本皇室御用甜品店 – 虎屋とらや toraya 赤坂直營店

「虎屋とらや」東京赤坂店由日本知名建築師ー內藤廣精心設計，在2018年10月1日以全新的現代和風氣息重新展現在大家的面前。地下1樓為藝廊空間，舉辦各種與和菓子或日本文化相關的企畫展及活動，2樓則是寬闊的賣場，販賣著各式各樣的和菓子，3樓主要是「虎屋茶寮」設有製作和菓子的「御用場」，顧客可透過玻璃欣賞職人製作和菓子的過程。

走進大門即可感受到一股上品な感じ。(只是走進來而已感覺自己都變得有氣質了呢！)
一心想吃甜點的我，一路直奔3樓的「虎屋茶寮」，抽了號碼牌後推算大約還要3、40分鐘才會到我們，所以利用等待的時間逛了下2樓的賣場。

2樓的賣場非常寬闊，商品種類玲瓏滿目，從羊羹、和菓子甚至到抹醬應有盡有，當然還有各季節限定的特色甜品，依照季節不同而有不一樣的驚喜喔！

3樓虎屋茶寮等待的時候，透過玻璃觀看了職人的製作過程。真不愧是日本職人的手藝，那銅鑼燒皮翻面的時候，煎的洽到好處的表面和色澤，如果看影片的話應該會聽到旁邊一對日本夫妻的驚呼聲「哇~好美~」

室內的擺設與裝潢，以簡單又失莊重的感覺，木質色調搭配黑色鋼筋，再配上大面玻璃幃幕採光，讓室內空間更溫暖也讓人舒適，這種時尚又傳統的風格，真不愧是由日本建築界的重量級建築師經手的建築。

看到菜單後才知道，原來這裡也有供餐，雖說我們是下午去的，且沒有吃午餐肚子也是蠻餓的啦！但來這為皇室提供甜品的御用店，怎麼可以不吃甜點呢！？所以我點了最傳統的年糕紅豆湯-お汁粉（oshiruko），有こしあん（將紅豆皮去掉、過篩、磨成看不到顆粒的紅豆泥）、つぶあん（沒有過篩保留有紅豆原形的紅豆餡）、しろあん（白色豆餡）三種可以選擇，我選擇了こしあん，那紅豆泥湯的口感超棉密，是我還會想再去喝一次的口味！另外還點了3月18日~24日一週限定的おはぎ（ohagi），有人稱它為萩餅，也有人稱它為牡丹餅，原本是日本人拿來當貢品的甜品，後來變成常見的甜點。而為什麼只有一週限定呢？是因為以春分之日或秋分之日為基準，包含其前後3天在內，為期一週的這時期稱為「彼岸」。在彼岸期間，日本全國各地有廣泛食用牡丹餅和萩餅的習俗。原因就是春分週為7天，包括春分前後3天，秋分前後3天。而2022年春季春分週的入口是3月18日（星期五），因此剛好趕上最後一天在店裡內用了。這次也是我第一次吃萩餅，選了黑糖口味的，不吃則已一吃驚人，口感是還有糯米粒感的麻糬，非常特別，記得以前看過節目說現在日本的年輕人都不愛吃萩餅了，但我現在就已經在等秋分時期的彼岸了！

地下室的藝廊搭配虎年，目前內部有許多可以與老虎佈景拍照的拍照點，只可惜預計展示到2022年5月22日。不過我想農歷年也過了，觀光客就算來可能也不會想要特地去拍照吧？不然也是可以跟我一樣先拍起來，12年後用！哈哈哈

虎屋toraya的歷史

虎屋創立於室町時代末期，經營已經超過5世紀的和菓子店。受到陽成天皇（1586-1611）的青睞，便成為了提供皇室和菓子的御用達(皇室御用商號)，隨著 1869 年首都遷往東京後，京都的店鋪也擴展到東京，並一直延續到今天也是皇室愛用的商號之一。從後陽成天皇時代開始到現在都可以說是天皇的御用甜品師！難怪常常在電車上看到西裝筆挺看起來很紳士的爺爺手上都提著虎屋的黑色紙袋。也難怪一踏進店裡，就覺得自己氣質爆表呢！
