Covid-19到現在已經2年多了，除了無法出國外，回台灣也不是一件簡單的事。身邊的在日台灣人們在全日本四處尋覓屬於台灣的各種味道。
不誇張！我有朋友把所有在東京的台灣料理都吃遍了，甚至還從台灣團購了20公斤台灣食品。就在其中一位朋友正找我一起團購台灣麵包的時候，得知了這家店 。剛好我要去大阪一趟，才能跟闆娘面對面大聊天，也因此能比朋友們搶先一步口嚐到另人懷念的味道。(按這快速跳到店家資訊)
位於大阪環狀線環「桜ノ宮駅」距離東口走路一分鐘的天然酵母手作麵包店「papan tree」，是一對台日夫妻共同經營的小麵包工坊。因為有事先在instagram上聯絡，一進店老闆娘就熱情的招呼，真的就像在台灣巷子口那家常去的早餐店阿姨一樣熱情又親切的感覺喔。
所有的麵包口感Q軟有嚼勁，不只奶酥和台式美奶滋是老闆娘純手工的心血力作！就連芋頭麵包裡的芋頭，都是老闆娘從台灣進口芋頭親自制作的芋頭泥！由於我本人對芋頭沒有愛，所以沒有買芋頭麵包，但同行友人吃完告訴我，這個芋頭麵包非常好吃，愛芋頭的人一定會黏住這家店！不誇張，真的是朋友本人line我的原文！拜託各位愛芋魔人快去吃完告訴我，有沒有黏住！？

個人私心非常推薦第3名的蒜蒜包(香蒜起士麵包)，那天在店裡跟老闆娘大聊天時就一直聞到香味，但因為還沒烤好出爐只好捶心肝的讓自己放棄，但就在要離開去趕下一個行程的時候，剛好出爐，剛烤好時的那個香濃的味道讓我受不了，立刻掏出手機再次結帳，還沒吃到就心滿意足。
感謝老闆娘為了我們這些海外台灣遊子們，提供了一個可以回味家鄉味的地方！
