『東京美食』肉質超厚CP值爆表，藏在暗裡的美味燒肉店-【赤坂大関akasaka ozeki】

在繁華的赤坂，位於赤坂見附站步行三分鐘的路程，一ツ木通旁邊的一條昏暗小巷中，你會發現一家在赤坂非常受歡迎的炭火烤肉店「炭烤烤肉赤坂大關」。這家店是由一個老民宅改建而成，保留了昭和時代的氛圍，內部帶有濃厚的懷舊複古氣息。但由於位於後巷，非常的隱蔽，可能會讓第一次來訪的人迷路。

赤坂大関akasaka ozeki最受歡迎的『牛一匹套餐』擁有全19種類的肉品，讓人食欲大開！

大関的菜單有兩種套餐，分別為「一頭牛套餐」和「半頭牛套餐」，每種套餐都有高級版（上コース）和普通版（並コース）兩種選擇。 「一頭牛套餐」價格只有4000日元，性價比非常高。總共會出三盤肉，分別為鹽味醬、燒肉醬、味噌醬，而「半頭牛套餐」只有兩盤，分別為鹽味醬和燒肉醬。兩種套餐的區別在於第二盤肉（燒肉醬）使用的肉部位不同，其他方面都相同。

第一盤鹽味的有七種不同部位鹽味，第二道菜式有五種調味汁選擇，第三道菜式有七種味噌味選擇。 「半頭牛套餐」有12種選擇，而「一頭牛套餐」則有令人驚嘆的19種選擇（根據季節和供應情況而有所不同）。每片肉約重25克，非常豐盛。如果您對肉量感到不安，建議點選「半頭牛套餐」，如果您還有食欲，可以隨時更改為「一頭牛套餐」，反之亦然。這點非常方便，可以讓大家依照用餐當下的感受隨時調整。

這次我跟朋友點的是高級版的半頭牛套餐，上排左邊第一盤和下排左邊第一盤（請參考上圖１）。

上排左邊第一盤鹽味（圖２），共７種分別是カシラ（牛頰肉）、ロース（里肌肉）、ハラミスジ（外橫膈膜和內橫膈膜中間的部位）、ハツ（牛心）、タテバラ（前腱肉）、シビレ（小牛胸腺）、ギアラ（第四胃）。

一般來說，許多餐廳提供的カシラ都是豬肉（太陽穴部位），但大関使用的是牛肉，而牛的カシラ則是指牛頰肉。這種肉的嚼勁非常好，咬起來有很強的口感，讓人感到十分滿足。由於肉非常有彈性，如果您擔心肉的大小會無法一口吞下，可以請店員提供剪刀。雖然肉本身單吃就已經非常美味了，但務必嘗試一下大関自製的檸檬醬。大関自製的檸檬醬中加入了紅葡萄酒，呈淡淡的粉色。紅葡萄酒的加入使檸檬的酸味更加溫和，不會過於酸澀，很容易入口，即使不喜歡檸檬汁的人也能輕鬆享用，非常美味。

下排左邊第一盤燒肉醬味（圖３），共５種分別是イチボ（臀肉蓋）、ランプ（臀肉）、上ロース（里肌肉）、ザブトン（上等肩肉）、上ハラミ（外橫膈膜）。

已經不記得從哪個開始吃的，只知道「哇！好好吃啊！！！！！」一咬下去，肉的甜味在口中散開，美味的味道令我無法停止露出微笑。肉的脂肪甜美得讓人難以忘懷，卻完全不會覺得膩口，且口感回甘悠長，真是太棒了！肉本身就十分美味，但沾上蘸醬後更加入味，讓我一口接一口地享受這美味。

另外我們還單點的牛舌（圖４），看照片應該不難發現，這裡的普通牛舌都跟一般燒肉店的厚切牛舌差不多厚了，真不知道這裡的厚切牛舌該有多厚！要是有點厚切牛舌的朋友，歡迎跟我交流一下喔！

總結來說，赤坂大関就是肉食愛好者聚集的人氣餐廳。這裡的肉品是國產A5等級的黑毛和牛！光這點就足以令人興奮不已，而且店家每天從芝浦市場各產地的牛肉當中仔細挑選出最好的部位，保證肉質最優。肉品也是點餐後才會開始切肉和調味，新鮮到就算生食也可以的程度。鮮肉的香甜可口，加上這家餐廳樸實無華的氛圍，肉質飽滿，帶有強烈的衝擊力，絕對會留下深刻印象！
